Default Owners of ReboundAirs

Can anyone tell me if you experience noise from the quarterfold reboundairs when they are being used? How about the half fold one...is it less noisy? Thanks for any help you can give me. I am thinking about purchasing one but am concerned about noise issues.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Most of our ReboundAIRs do not display this noise. We have 3 samples from different production batches here in the demo room, for example, which remain fairly silent, much to our delight.

Unfortunately, we have observed some ReboundAIRs will suddenly start to squeak with increases in the humidity and transitions between seasons. It is hard to put our finger on, though, because sometimes we think it is the humid climate regions and then sometimes we think it is more related to the drier areas of the nation. It could be a result of the change in temperature and humidity of the room it sits in. Perhaps it is simply a result of wear on the chrome coating on the springs and has more to do with total use. We are still gathering data on the phenomenon.

In any case, there is a maintenance link you can also refer to, in our demo library, which covers this visually and with text instructions: http://www.healthbounce.com/ReboundLibrary/Demonstration/gallery4maintenance/ReboundAIR-mini-trampoline2.htm

Tell me if this helps. Most of the time a light lubricant application remedies the new squeaking you hear.
